Midlands Population Health Management Academy

• This programme aims to help STPs and ICSs embed population health management practices through training for core teams, analysts and leaders.
• The support will be provided by a multi-disciplinary partnership led by the Strategy Unit (NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit) and including the Oxford Centre for Triple Value Healthcare, Dartmouth Institute, The Centre for Health and Social Care Leadership (University of Birmingham), Milliman and others.
• The website includes resources and shared lessons coming out of the programme (August 2019 - January 2020).
